100 municipalities use MultiBel
More and more Dutch municipalities are discovering the power of MultiBel. In the past two years, 40 new municipalities have joined, bringing the total to over 100. In addition, the Professional package is being used more and more extensively, demonstrating that MultiBel’s versatility is being embraced by customers.
While MultiBel was previously used primarily for Emergency Response Team alerts, we are now seeing a broader application of our system within municipalities. Thanks to new functionalities and enhancements, municipalities are increasingly turning to MultiBel to address a wide range of safety and communication challenges.
Populaire toepassingen van MultiBel binnen gemeenten
- BHV-alarm: Snel en effectief de juiste BHV’ers oproepen die op locatie aanwezig zijn.
- Balie- of spreekkameralarm: Onder bureaus, balies of vergadertafels worden vaste knoppen geplaatst. Bij een alarm wordt de melding direct doorgestuurd naar (agressie) interventieteam op locatie.
- Persoonsalarmering: Handhavers, inspecteurs of sociale wijkteammedewerkers dragen een mobiele noodknop. Met één druk op de knop kunnen zij bij bijvoorbeeld agressie direct een alarm activeren.
- Alarmeren van strooidiensten: door de inzet van MultiBel kan er eenvoudig gealarmeerd worden. Door de realtime feedbackfunctie en de ontvangstbevestiging van het oproepteam wordt snel duidelijk welke hulpdiensten daadwerkelijk naar deze operatie komen.
Met deze veelzijdige toepassingen draagt MultiBel bij aan de veiligheid en efficiëntie binnen steeds meer gemeenten.
